Where AI agents help, and where they don’t
Good fits:

- Drafting replies and summaries for a person to approve

How we build them
- Human review where it matters. We agree up front which steps the agent may do alone, which need a named person’s approval, and which it must never attempt, and we test the way to switch it off.
- Your data stays yours. Where we process personal data for you, we act as your processor under a written Data Processing Agreement, and we tell you which AI providers are used.
- Hosted and monitored. We run it, on your hosting or ours, with alerts and failed-run recovery.
- No lock-in. You own the code and the data.

What is an AI agent?
Software that uses an AI model to carry out a task on your behalf, such as reading an email, extracting the details and updating a record. The useful ones work within clear limits and ask a person when they are unsure.
Will it replace my staff?
It takes over repetitive handling so people can spend their time on exceptions and judgement. We build human review into any step where a mistake would matter.
Can it connect to our existing software?
If your systems expose an API, a webhook or a reliable export, yes. That includes CRMs, finance packages, student-records systems, databases and shared inboxes. If something cannot be connected, we will say so at the diagnostic.
What does it cost?
A Sprint is a fixed £2,500 + VAT. Optional monthly plans for hosting, monitoring and improvements start at £595 + VAT. Charges from AI model providers you hold accounts with are billed to you.
