FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we work. Anything else — ask us directly and you'll get a reply the same working day.

How much does a website cost?

Fixed packages: £495 + VAT for an Essential site, £1,995 + VAT for a 10-page Brochure Site and from £7,000 + VAT for online stores — all excluding VAT. Bespoke work is quoted in writing before anything starts, so the price cannot creep.

How quickly can my site go live?

Most sites are live within a week of the build starting. Our record is three working days from payment to launch — see the Felix Electrical project.

How does payment work?

50% deposit to start, then the balance only when you are happy with the finished site. The price is fixed in writing first — no hourly billing and no surprise extras.

Who owns my website?

You do. The domain, hosting, content and logins are registered in your name and there is no lock-in — you can take everything elsewhere whenever you like.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Content-managed sites include an editor so you can change text, images and pages without a developer, and we show you how it works at handover.

What support do I get after launch?

Three months of support is included in every package. After that, optional care plans cover updates, security checks and small changes — or you can simply get in touch when you need something.

What happens if something happens to Brad?

You're not depending on one person's memory. Your site is built on standard, widely understood technology you own outright, and the source is always backed up — in GitHub, or as full site backups for WordPress — so any competent developer can take over. No lock-in, and never a single point of failure.

Do you only work with London businesses?

No — we deliver remotely across the whole UK. The packages, process and support are identical wherever you are; see the areas we cover.
