How long does it take to get started?

If you already have a site you would like maintained, it would take no more than 3 business days to have everything set up. If we are building your site, then there’s no waiting time.

Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

We don’t believe in long-term contracts and having our partners feeling trapped. We want you to stay with us because you see the value and choose to.

Are there extra fees?

We don’t like surprises, especially when it comes to money. And we know you don’t too. There is nothing extra to worry about. Site migrations when you start and end your plans are at no cost.

What to expect when signing up and starting on a plan?

We make onboarding easy and fast. You’ll have a dedicated project manager to meet in a Zoom call and guide you through our process. You’ll have you’re own Slack workspace and project management dashboard as well.

What if I decide to cancel my plan?

We recognize that plans can change and our goal is to support you throughout your experience with us. If you decide to cancel your plan, we are here to assist you in transferring your site to a new host and will handle all the necessary setup at no additional cost, ensuring it’s completed within three business days.

Is web hosting included with your web design packages?

The first year of our shared hosting only service is included with any of our web design packages.
