Our commitment
Real Code Ltd is committed to treating everyone fairly and with respect, in line with the Equality Act 2010. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
In practice
- Working relationships. We engage clients, contractors and suppliers on merit and behave towards them without prejudice. When we bring people in, opportunities are open and decisions are based on ability and fit for the work.
- Accessible work. Inclusion extends to what we build. We design and develop websites with accessibility in mind — readable type, sensible contrast, keyboard-friendly interactions and standards-based markup — because the web should work for everyone. See our post on why accessibility matters.
- Flexibility. As a small business we can accommodate different working patterns and needs — tell us what works for you and we will do our best.
Raising a concern
If you feel you have been treated unfairly in any dealings with us, contact the director directly at contact@realcode.co.uk. We take all concerns seriously.
