Fixed price, £2,500 + VAT, payable in full at booking. No hourly billing, no open-ended discovery, no scope creep.
How the Sprint works
- Monday — 60-minute diagnostic. We map the exact manual process costing your staff hours every week, inspect the APIs, webhooks and exports of the systems involved, and agree fixed-scope acceptance criteria in writing.
- Tuesday–Wednesday — build in staging. We build the integration bridge, database scripts or AI document workflow in an isolated staging environment — zero disruption to your live systems or your team.
- Thursday — testing and hardening. Your real-world edge cases go through the pipeline, automated error alerting is configured, and data handling is checked against UK GDPR.
- Friday — go-live and handover. The workflow switches on, you get a short Loom walkthrough video for your team, and 30 days of managed hosting and monitoring begins.
What fits in a Sprint
One workflow across systems that expose an API, a webhook or a reliable export. Typical Sprints:
- CRM-to-accounting sync — won deals becoming draft invoices and onboarding tasks automatically.
- PDF and email order or document ingestion straight into a SQL database.
- Compliance-document chasing and expiry tracking, with automated reminders.
- A manual weekly reporting ritual replaced by a live dashboard.
Bigger needs — new customer-facing products, full system rebuilds, multi-workflow programmes — don't get squeezed into five days. They're scoped as a follow-on project at a fixed written quote.
The guarantee
If we can't agree a fixed scope after the Monday diagnostic, we refund the Sprint fee in full.
After day 5 — keep it running
Every Sprint includes 30 days of managed hosting and monitoring. After that you can take the code and data and run them on your own hosting — you own everything — or roll into a monthly retainer, paid by Direct Debit and cancellable with 30 days' notice after your first 30 managed days.

Questions teams ask before booking
What happens if my process can't be automated in a Sprint?
Then we tell you on Monday. If we can't agree a fixed scope after the diagnostic, the Sprint fee is refunded in full.
Do I have to take a retainer?
No. The Sprint stands alone — you own the code and the data, and hosting runs in your own account if you have one we can access, otherwise we supply it. A retainer exists because systems need looking after — APIs change, tokens expire — not because you're trapped.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The code and the data are yours and the source is backed up in GitHub, so any competent developer can take over. If you have your own hosting we can access we deploy there; if not, we supply managed hosting and you can move to your own at any time — we hand over the code and data.
Who will work on my integration, and what if Brad is unavailable?
Brad leads every Sprint and retainer and is your point of contact. Associate engineers work alongside him and can step in, and because your source is backed up in GitHub, every Sprint ends with a handover walkthrough and you own the code and data, your systems never depend on one person.
Which systems can you connect?
Anything that exposes an API, a webhook or a reliable export — and we'll be honest where a system doesn't. The Monday diagnostic confirms connectivity before the build starts.
How is my data handled?
In line with UK GDPR. We're ICO-registered (ZB939242), and data handling is checked as part of Thursday's hardening — see our privacy policy and information security pages.
